SADDLEBROOKE BACKBOARD –
AUTHORIZATION AND USE
Any SaddleBrooke
member/homeowner, permanent resident, renter, or guest may use the backboard
for tennis practice.
Backboard Court
The backboard is located on
court 21 at The Preserve tennis site.
Use must not interfere with
any court reservations or competitions as discussed below.
Availability Times
The backboard may be used
anytime during tennis court hours EXCEPT:
1.
When Organized
Play or other STC Official Organized Events are in progress on adjacent courts
2.
When USTA League
Play or other sanctioned competitions are in progress on adjacent courts
3.
Other times as
determined by the STC board or the Tennis Coordinator
Reservation Procedures
§
The backboard may
be reserved with the Tennis Coordinator in person or by telephone
§
Reservations may
be made no more than two (2) days in advance
§
Reservations are
for one-half hour sessions. If the court
is available and no one is waiting for the backboard, it may be used for a
longer period of time.
§
The backboard is available
to walk-on players on a “first- come/first- served” basis; subject to the
availability of the courts. Check the reservation lists on the Tennis Office
window or the bulletin board at The Preserve tennis site* which is located by
the large wall-hung clock. *Posting

Problem Reports
As a service to others, users
should report any problems with the backboard to the Tennis Coordinator,
promptly
